Who we are
Konu Turu is a study app that gives you a random topic to research for 15 minutes and explain on camera in one minute, made by Albovix. For the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Albovix is the data controller. Contact: contact@albovix.com.
Stored on your device
The app saves this information locally so it works between sessions:
- The videos you record, in the app's own folder (not in your photo library unless you save them there yourself)
- The list of your recordings: topic, category, date, research and speaking time
- The topics you add yourself, with their category and hints
- The round in progress: which topic you drew and when the research timer started
- Statistics computed from the above: total topics, streak, category breakdown and badges
This stays on your device and the developer cannot see it.
If you have turned on your device's own backup (iCloud Backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android), the system may include this data, videos included, in that backup under your own Apple or Google account. We have no access to it. Konu Turu itself never sends it anywhere.
What we collect
Nothing. In particular, the app does not collect:
- your name, email or phone number
- your location
- advertising identifiers or any advertising data
- analytics or usage tracking
- crash reports
- your contacts, files or browsing history
Permissions
Notifications: one local notification, scheduled on your device when you start the 15-minute research timer, so you know when time is up. Nothing is sent to a server. You can decline the prompt or turn notifications off in your system settings; the timer still works.
Microphone: used only while you are recording, so that your voice is in the video. The app does no speech recognition and does not listen in the background.
Camera: used only while you record your one-minute explanation, after you tap the record button. The video is written to the app's own folder on your device and is never uploaded.
Photos (add only): only if you choose "Save Video" in the share sheet; the video is then added to your photo library. The app never reads your library.
Third-party services
No third-party service receives your data from the app.
Sharing. When you tap a share button, the app hands a short text or image to your device's share sheet. You choose where it goes, or cancel. The app never sends it anywhere by itself.
Web pages. Links such as this privacy policy open in your device's browser. The browser and the website follow their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
On your device. Uninstalling Konu Turu deletes everything it stored on your device.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Under GDPR and KVKK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority, kvkk.gov.tr). Email contact@albovix.com; we reply within 30 days.
Because the app collects no personal data, there is normally nothing for us to give, correct or delete.
Children
Konu Turu collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Security
Your data never leaves your device, where it is protected by your device's own security (passcode, encryption).
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Significant changes are also mentioned in the app's release notes.

Biz kimiz
Konu Turu, Albovix tarafından geliştirilen rastgele bir konuyu 15 dakika araştırıp 1 dakikada kameraya anlattığınız bir çalışma uygulamasıdır. AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) bakımından veri sorumlusu: Albovix. İletişim: contact@albovix.com.
Cihazınızda saklananlar
Uygulama oturumlar arasında çalışabilmek için şunları cihazınızda saklar:
- Çektiğiniz videolar, uygulamanın kendi klasöründe (siz kaydetmedikçe fotoğraf kitaplığınıza yazılmaz)
- Anlatım kayıtlarınızın listesi: konu, kategori, tarih, araştırma ve anlatım süresi
- Kendi eklediğiniz konular, kategorileri ve ipuçlarıyla
- Devam eden tur: hangi konuyu çektiğiniz ve araştırma sayacının ne zaman başladığı
- Bunlardan hesaplanan istatistikler: toplam konu, seri, kategori dağılımı ve rozetler
Bunlar cihazınızda kalır ve geliştirici tarafından görülemez.
Cihazınızın kendi yedeklemesini (iPhone'da iCloud Yedekleme, Android'de Google yedeklemesi) açtıysanız sistem bu verileri, videolar dahil, kendi Apple veya Google hesabınız altındaki yedeğe ekleyebilir. Bu yedeğe bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Konu Turu bu verileri hiçbir yere göndermez.
Topladıklarımız
Hiçbir şey. Özellikle şunlar toplanmaz:
- adınız, e-postanız veya telefonunuz
- konumunuz
- reklam kimlikleri veya reklam verisi
- analitik veya kullanım takibi
- çökme raporları
- rehberiniz, dosyalarınız veya tarama geçmişiniz
İzinler
Bildirimler: 15 dakikalık araştırma sayacını başlattığınızda cihazınızda planlanan tek bir yerel bildirim; süre dolunca haber verir. Sunucuya hiçbir şey gönderilmez. İzni reddedebilir ya da sistem ayarlarından bildirimleri kapatabilirsiniz; sayaç yine çalışır.
Mikrofon: yalnızca kayıt sırasında, sesiniz videoda yer alsın diye kullanılır. Uygulama konuşma tanıma yapmaz, arka planda dinlemez.
Kamera: yalnızca kayıt düğmesine bastıktan sonra 1 dakikalık anlatımınızı çekerken kullanılır. Video, cihazınızda uygulamanın kendi klasörüne yazılır ve hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
Fotoğraflar (yalnızca ekleme): yalnızca paylaşım menüsünde "Videoyu Kaydet"i seçerseniz video fotoğraf kitaplığınıza eklenir. Uygulama kitaplığınızı hiçbir zaman okumaz.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Uygulamadan hiçbir üçüncü taraf hizmete veri gitmez.
Paylaşma. Paylaş düğmesine bastığınızda uygulama kısa bir metni veya görseli cihazınızın paylaşım menüsüne verir. Nereye gideceğini siz seçersiniz ya da vazgeçersiniz. Uygulama kendi başına hiçbir yere göndermez.
Web sayfaları. Bu gizlilik politikası gibi bağlantılar cihazınızın tarayıcısında açılır. Tarayıcı ve web sitesi kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Saklama ve silme
Cihazınızda. Konu Turu uygulamasını kaldırmak, cihazınızda sakladığı her şeyi siler.
Haklarınız
Nerede yaşarsanız yaşayın, hakkınızda hangi verileri tuttuğumuzu öğrenmeyi, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin durdurulmasını isteyebilir, onayınızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında ayrıca veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, kvkk.gov.tr) şikâyet hakkınız vardır. contact@albovix.com adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
Uygulama kişisel veri toplamadığı için genellikle verebileceğimiz, düzeltebileceğimiz veya silebileceğimiz bir veri yoktur.
Çocuklar
Konu Turu çocuklar dahil kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
Güvenlik
Verileriniz cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz; orada cihazınızın kendi güvenliğiyle (şifre, şifreleme) korunur.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Uygulama bu politikayı etkileyecek şekilde değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve üstteki tarih değişir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamanın sürüm notlarında da belirtilir.
